  • Can I book a class for my guest?
    Yes, you can book a class for your guest using one session credit only (packages are excluded). Unlimited members receive one free guest pass per month and can purchase additional session credits if needed.
  • What time should I arrive at class?
    Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts to ensure you can be seated properly.
  • What is the cancellation policy for courses I have registered for?
    There is a 4 hour cancellation policy for all courses.
  • What happens if I don't cancel my class within 4 hours before the class starts?
    You will be charged for an à la carte course ($22+tax). If you have a course package, this will be included in your course package, but you will still be billed for an à la carte course.
  • If I have an unlimited membership and don't show up for a class, are there any fees?
    Yes, if you are registered for a class that you cannot cancel before the start time and you do not show up, you will be charged (e) an à la carte course of $22 + tax.
  • What happens if I arrive late for a class?
    Doors will be closed 1 minute before class starts. Once closed, guests will not be allowed to enter the classroom.
  • What happens if I need to leave a class early?
    For safety reasons and to respect the experience of other guests, we ask that you only book classes that you know you can complete completely (including stretching) from beginning to end. All classes start and end on time to meet your commitments outside of our space.
  • Do you offer online courses?
    Yes, our on-demand content is available for $19.99 per month and features pre-recorded lessons from our studio. You can access it via the "Online" link in the "EXPERIENCE" tab of our application.
  • What is your cancellation policy for unlimited monthly subscriptions with a 3 or 12 month commitment?
    We do not allow cancellations for subscriptions that are final sale. If you must cancel for an exceptional measure, we encourage you to find someone who would be interested in purchasing the balance of your subscription.
  • How can I book a class?
    You can easily book any class through the app.
  • When can I register for courses?
    You can register for classes Monday through Sunday as long as there is availability in the class.
  • How far in advance can I book my lessons?
    Members can reserve up to 2 weeks in advance.
  • Can I choose my seat?
    Yes, you can choose your own place and mat in all of our classes.
  • Do you have mats for fitness, yoga and Pilates classes?
    Yes, and it's free.
  • Do you have water?
    Yes, we have a water dispenser available for you, but you can also bring your own bottle.
  • What are the rules during my first visit?
    During your FIRST VISIT, please respect the following rules: Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before your class starts to familiarize yourself with the space and meet your instructor. During winter and rainy days, you should bring spare shoes. If you need to change your shoes, please arrive 10 minutes before class starts. If you arrive during a yoga, Pilates or meditation class, please respect the atmosphere and avoid making noise or disturbing others. Our instructor will be available to answer any questions you may have and help you fully enjoy your initial visit.
